well after 6 months i got th van bac n apart from a couple of minor problems WAS running fine for about 5 days then th alternator belt snapped knocked the cam belt out by 2 or 3 teeth n now its banging like th old engine was so gana take a look 2moz n if th engines dead it'll be put up in th for sale forum n ebay 4 1wk n if it dont sell its getting laid 2 rest in th big scrappy in th sky

you don't have much luck with that van mate  :sorry: so what did you do rebuild the old one or slot another one in as i know you was having a few problems sourcing the isuzu lump

yeah all i get is bad luck !! The engine was just another gm lump asit would'v cost sticking an izusu lump in as id have needed engine gearbox and wiring. Ive still gotta check out the engine so iv got everything crossed that its not as bad as i think it is

yeah i really dont wanna lose it but if th engines gone then ill have 2 get rid as i cant afford 2 keep it n fix it. It sucks

Nope i was looking at 1 but i ended up buying a hyundi accent that drinks fuel quicker than a chav wiv a bottle of white lighting :lol: n thats fallin 2 bits the clutch went 2wks after i got it n its gone through 2 back boxes n th brakes r on their way out 2 so all in all a good buy :lol:

if th van engines knackered then all th stereo equipment will b out but th rest will b sold wiv th van i cant afford anything until i get rid of 1 or both of th cars but i need a car 4 my job so bit stuck :lol: thinkin of sellin th van even if engines ok not sure yet

whoop whoop gana have 2 get a lotto ticket 2nite as my lucks in i replaced the rocker and re-timed the engine jump started it off the accent (its good 4 1 thing :lol: ) and i fired up staight away n ran as smooth as a diesel can :lol: and after hearing it start im gana keep it n once iv got the cash maybe a different engine but a garage job :lol:
