My rear manifold was blowing around the egr thread and was really getting on my tits so time to change it heres some pics of a modded manifold so it never happens again.
Heres some pics of the old manifold notice the cracks round the egr thread weld.
The replacement manifold welded up bye bye egr valve
And the blank for the egr valve blank {a very expensive part} the nut is cut off the pipe that goes from the egr valve to the manifold.
Decat pipe next week.
