Its a Nova
« on: December 25, 2011, 12:13:01 AM »

This is what my nova usually looks like on a good day ...
These are from the Billing VBOA show 2011

Thats it at its best but always looks sorry for it self come winter hoping to have it back like that as soon as the sun is shining.

This was a Standard Nova given to me by my Poppy a couple of years ago, it has only done 21000 miles back then and has just ticked over to 40000 now.

This is what it looked liked when i first got her.

Over the past few years its been lowerd on to FK coilovers, 4-1 branch manifold painted blue, upgraded brakes, Cesaro alloys, Clear Rear lights (Soon to come off) Peko exhaust System, Strut Brace painted Blue to match, painted wing mirros to match and iv removed the black stuff between the windows, with the help off my other half have also done Somebody work to rid the rust. Which i will be doing again next summer (its a never ending battle)

Replacing the old 4-1 manifold with a brand new one.

Some work that had to be done to the Rear arch when i first got it

My FK coil overs

There are just a few bits, i will keep up to date when i next work on my car. Thanks for looking :)

That's a nice looking Nova.  :good:

If it was mine, I would get an alarm and immobiliser fitted asap. I would also delock the doors, make it as difficult to gain forced entry as possible.

Other than that, I would keep her how she is now. Nova's are getting rarer (as already stated), and standard ones are even rarer  :fie:

Not much really planned just keeping it simple with the help of my other half. When the miles are stupidly high which there getting slowly and steadily too then i will consider an engine change. I have have a steering lock which i should use and have looked into getting a car alarm fitted but never got round to doing it. Knowing its been previously stolen i should really look more into it... maybe that will be a new years resolution.

Thanks for all the comments.
