my new (ish) astra
« on: November 04, 2010, 08:53:09 PM »

well some of you have seen it before, it was at pv 09 and has done a few planet thanet meets. i have some plans for it but not really going to do anything to it for a little while. its been lowered 40mm at the front, iv got got a set of -40mm for the rear but not fitted yet. i got the car off gte stu but wasnt running, so i fitted the 1.6 out of my blue astra, a 16sv carb engine. i have some big block legs and 2.0l engine mounts for if i fancy a bigger lump, but thats not the plan (yet).

so what do you think of my new toy?

the blue one .............. f##king vw garage mot'd it, failed it on few sill things, then a few days later they phoned my dad and told him not to bring it back... so i just give up on it, it cost me my family anyway so to many bad memorys with it. so its around the back of my dad waiting for the disk cutter treatment. so iv been stripping it slowly,, i swapped my koni shocks n springs for gte stu's red astra.. any one need any bits of the blue one lol
