My astra 1.8 16v sport

this is my MK3 astra sport  :D i swapped my old cessaro and 50 quid

its got 118k on the clock and is completly standard 1.8 16v







engine bay needs a clean

few things i have done up to yet:
replace exhast manifold gasket
fit xenoen look headlight bulbs
fit new sidelight bulbs
secure battery
fit numberplate light

also sports are lowered 30mm as standard

Fair play mate, at least you've found the one you want.  :yes:

A good wash and polish will bring her up nice (even my sheddy Astra looks nice when it's been polished... and they say you can't polish a turd  :lol: ).

A session with a steam cleaner will transform your engine bay, I'm yet to come across a mk3 Astra with a clean engine bay

my plans are
blue dash lights and swithches etc
e/w mirrors
e/w sunroof
angel eyes
light smoke window tint
different side rep
fit my oval back box

new engine parts
water pump
cambelt kit
air filter
rocker cover gasket
new air intake and coolant pipes
stainless exhaust manifold

also needs
new discs and pads all round soon

the manifold needs paint lol luckily got some red high temp paint some where will do it when i do the rocker cover :D

wont the x20heat heat shield fit over it or cant you fab something shiny to cover it up as no matter what you do its never going to look good is it.

I'm yet to come across a mk3 Astra with a clean engine bay

Mine is pretty damn clean!

Nice new motor there Sam. if you're a good lad, I may let you take a photo of it parked next to my Sport!
