115hp 1.8 8V C18NZ
123hp 2.0 8V C20NE
136hp 16v Ecotec X20VEV
150hp 16v Redtop C20XE(although some red tops had ecotec written on the plug cover, I'm sure you know how the 2 are distinguished)

well yes but who likes standard,he he he
out of an eco tec you can ring 200bhp
out of a redtop you can get 230/240bhp (reliable)
ah but the red top as we know in the calibra is actually second gen as the first redtops were 20xe no cats and found in mk2 astra gte's 16v and they were 156bhp out of the box

i had one of them in my k,plate cavalier sri, and as chris says very good little unit ,torquey and very tunable, and one that gets over looked ,the 18E mk2cav engine , on about tunable and bulletproof, these 1800cc engine came with 115bhp
think about it 1.8 115hp, and then the c20ne 115/117hp from a 2.0ltre ;) mind you they are getting really rare now :stinker:
