Heres my "new" senator. Yet again 100 quid. Found it in a pub car park and after a few phone calls found the owner. Was covered in green mould. Is going to take some work to get to the other ones standards but should keep me busy. I cant stand the exhaust so thats first on the list apart from a very very good clean!!!!

nothing a good bit of elbow grease wont sort. bit of rust on drivers rear arch and some rot on passenger one. its got an autogearbox fault where it wont select 4th so thats the first job that needs doing.  Once I hit it I will probably start a work in progress thread

I can't recall the last time I saw a Senator, which is a shame as I think they are proper luxo barges. I look foward to following the progress you make on this. As Ben said, it will be good to see this being saved.

Yeah. I was smitten with my old one. The look on chavs faces in their saxo VTS as you go blitzing past them at 140 cruising is awesome!!!!
