Well after some serious thought... and subtle hints from Dad, this will be going up for sale once it's MOT'd. In reality, I can't justify the insurance on this now it's gone up and really, need a cheaper car, such a shame really after all the work I've put in, but all's not lost!!

It'll be getting replaced with another Astra, but a 1.4 or 1.6 8v which I'll do a MPi conversion on. Then I'll use all the bits I have to improve it too, should be exciting!!

Anyway, going to get this finished and MOT'd. Hopefully after all my hard work, I'll be able to get a nice amount for it :)

FINALLY outside my house. Used dads battery, turned the key and it started first time! Not bad considering it's been sat since October last year :)

Sadly after lots of talk, this is now being broken for spares. We no longer have the space to keep it here and to be honest, the parts are probably worth more than the car is as a whole.
We spent today stripping the interior down and tomorrow, the under the bonnet stuff will be removed and the shell taken away for disposal.

Well the Astra has now gone that motorway in the sky. It was collected this morning after Ben salvaged a few more bits off it.
