I'm almost certain I updated this earlier........ clearly not!
Update smile :)
Last night dad taught me how to solder wires so I got on with my looms, basically the plugs that go to window motor/locking motors are different between ph1 and ph2, the looms going into the doors are ph1 my cars a ph2 so had to chop the ph2 plugs off and solder them on.... got it? lol!
So did the drivers one, took ages, wrapped it in funky yellow leccy tape, got it in the car and everythings working perfectly bar my speaker and tweeter.... maybe because the passenger side isn't connected?
Still need to do the passenger side one as I've hit a problem, the window motor plug is different! DOH!

Decided to chop of the old securing clip things and tie them to the door with..... yep yellow cable ties! smile.gif All looks smart now smile.gif
Then I set about my illuminated grab handle loom. Got it out the garage and all the old protection foamy stuff off and re-wrapped it in leccy tape, not yellow this time I'm afraid and then added 3 more wires as I had to chop it out my last car, easy enough though, all done now! just need to get it in the car now :)
Happy days! However if I see another wire I'll strangle myself in it!
