Torquesport's Astra

It was this car that started of my liking for the mk3 Astra which is how I ended up with my own but here's my dads :)





It's a 1.8 Astra Sport in Pineapple Yellow!! The GSi grill has now gone and he's in the process of modifying his old ph2 grill! Still need to fit the rear seats to but the fronts are lovely, heated too  8)

Will upload some better pictures soon!

Very cool, like the leather!

many moons ago i painted my Mk1 Xr2 in pineapple yellow..... theres something about the colour!

It's not very common at all, this colour was only used on M/N/P reg astra sports, there's a few on the club I used to be part of but you don't see many driving round at all!

I always hate seeing cars parked up, cocooned in a garage and not driven. Cars are meant to be driven and enjoyed. Just the way I see it.

This ended being sat for ages when the cam belt went, took the aux belt with it, a pulley, several valves!

my mate used to have the sport in P/Y carcking astra it was but he kept complaining the gearbox was a bit short.
glad you have taken that grill off it just didn't look right maybe a tad unhappy,if you catch me drift  :ok:

That is one tidy motor and you are not going to loose that in a car park being that colour :D

Bet those clocks look good at night.
