It looks good.
It looks like a US car, rear quarter panel seems to have a rectangle indicator filled in.
Also you need a back box but you probably knew that. Something else to add to the list.
Strange that it is on a Q plate or have I missed something. I thought Q plates were for kit cars.

Best of luck with it.

It was rescued from a scrapyard with no logbook/papers or reg for it, that's why the Q-plate.
And it does seem to be a yank, with the rear reflecters in the quarter panel and a small recess on the rear panel for the yankee size plate.
Sorry no more pics a I forgot to bring my phone with me today.

Slow process lads, polished her up with the buffer machine and G3 compound and looks a lot better, but I think I'll give it a quick rubbing down with 2000 grit sandpaper this weekend as there is a lot of staining with what looks like years of bird doo, and then post more pics.
Today i have been doctoring on a twin rear box system that was removed from a Starlet Turbo and is going to look the nuts.
Washed all the interior with a carpet cleaner/vacuum but I think I'll discard the carpets as there is a bad musty smell from them and I intend to replace the entire interior anyway (sometime in the future).
Changed Oil filter/plugs/ points etc.
Also fitted a set of Phat wheels to it 8" fronts,9.5" rears to fill out the arches.
It's been slow as I've been very busy, but I hopefully will have pics soon

Just think If my redundancy cheque were a bit fatter and was in the bank when I saw this on ebay, it could be me doing this WIP.
Only joking, I ain't got a garage or anywhere suitable to do it anyway. ::)

a car with a Q plate can also mean unsure of production year , unfortunatly a Q can lower the value of the car as it was mistaken that the car was stolen recovered at some point whither it was or not , thankfully this practise by the dvla was stopped and cars with unsure production year were allocated a plate as close as the year of manufacture. now i think that you can get the car re inspected and the dvla will re issue a plate corrisponding to the production year if it can be proved
sorry if i went off on a different tangent :blush2:
