Went for a run out this morning for a paddle.

I didn't intend to take the Espace swimming, I got caught in a flash flood. 
The air intake on a MK2 Espace is just in front of the offside front wheel at low level. In the manual (which I hadn't read before the "accident") it says that you can safely proceed through standing water up to 6", providing your speed doesnot exceed 2mph. I hit 18" of standing water doing around 20mph.

The frontera in the pics has gone now but ive got myself  another one thats on coil springs now not leafs and sits about 1" higher.
