Had another session on the cally today, the sun motivated me to fix the sunroof, so woohoo it works properly!




i was going to remove all the stupid egr/warm air system BUT i forgot the socket i needed to that was an epic fail as its still attached.



All the rear interior has been removed as i had a bit of a damp problem, also fitted some speakers in the rear quarters
but the amount of space gave me some ideas....



anyway a pair of 6.5s fitted with ease.



now for some very sad news, i found my first spot of rust  :(



oh and i've removed all the dash as its getting a makeover ;)

thanks :D and no i just rammed the gauges in there out the way lol.

i took all these parts off and threw them on the floor cos i dont like them :D



then put everything back together and did a bit of fiddling

and tada, can you tell what i've done?

Correct. Its actually just a device for warming the engine up quicker or something along the lines. And not actually needed in the uk.

on the v6 i made a blanking plate for it instead of removing it, but its one of them things you dont need over here as all it does is warm everything up that little but quicker and is supposed to extend the life of the cat

i did some more wiring this weekend, everythings nice and tidy (and done properly now)

back speakers are wired up



bought another set for the front (they are pretty good tbh)



also run all the wires for the amps etc, did a test run on my old sub and mr duck was happy with the results til he was fired through the hole in the parcel shelf.



i've still not had chance to do my dash and centre console yet



Then i made this.





and my shagged manifold. lol lets it all down
