whats leaked on the car then m8 ?  try a g3 compound thn finish with a t cut m8
no Dan you dont finish with T-cut,
after G3, you dont need t-cut as this leaves the paint open, you have to seal the paint by using a good polish with waxes in to protect the paint, you silly boy,lol

G3 is a cutting compound, used by a lot of body shops to remove light surface damage, marks and scratches ect.

You should be able to get in Halfords, but dont over do it as you may rub through the paint.

Well i jst finnished changing my clutch and wot a mess...... took the old clutch plate and friction plate out and the friction plate a a huHUGE groove where the rivots on the clutch plate have been making contact with the plate :blush2: but when it came to putting the new clutch assembly in,  it turned out i had the wrong clutch, i took it back to eurocar parts only for them to say they cant do anything about it >:( >:( i had to buy another clutch. So i spent £110 on two clutches >:(

i know i should have changed it but i could't be [censored]d

Bit of a downer but at least it is working again. Teach you to be lazy, how long did you have the new clutch, 5 months?

if they supplied the wrong clutch kit they are obliged to take it back.thier mistake not yours so its down to them to sort it as long as it is in sellable condition. not been used as it is wrong it hasnt. so get your bank statement and tell them to give your money back as they are in the wrong

You don't even need a receipt. Any statement that shows you bought something from them for that value will do. There is legislation to cover you on that. Even if there wasn't, bluff your way along. Only reason you need a receipt is if it was a cash transaction.

I work at a motorfactor (and ecp are shyte)

You should really have your reciept as nothing winds me up more than someone saying "well i lost it"

as for the system resetting after a month......... balls!

i can lookup sales from 2002.

if the part is correct for the application then the company is not obliged to offer a refund,

if it was supplied incorrectly then a credit note should be honoured out of goodwill
