Well just a quick update....

i did a full service on the car the other day which included changing the oil filter, oil, air filter, spark plugs and i was going to change the clutch but got stuck as a bolt wont come off  >:(so hopefully will have that done this week end ::)

Then on doing the service, having the nearside front wheel off (to do the cluch) i noticed that the outer cv boot was shreaded >:( not a happy bunny.

But worse still on driving the car im now beginning to hear a slight knocking noise when turning slightly to the right so i suspect a wheel bearing is on its way out >:( >:(.


Having doing all this i had to cheer myself up so i decided to clean the car so i spent a bit of my spare cash (£46.26 to be exact) on cleaning products :blush2: mind you it was Magiure's which i recommend to everyone......

It's like a mirror.... :lol:




and the wheels look new.....   rear AND front

You will get it sorted in the end Jay.

Take it to the garage that did my springs to get the clutch done. They are that cheap its not worth the hassle of doing it yourself. And talking of that garage if you are free at 9:30 on Monday morning I could do with a lift as my car goes in for its medical.

i do like your Nova Jay much better than the corsa,that 46 squid could have been used a bit beter than cleaning stuff  :drinks: it will only get dirty again
