Well ive just picked up my car (a 300 mile round trip towing it:heat:) and it looks the nuts :D, drivers door a little faded but nothing major.. the fella woz offered ?520 but he kept it for me :good:...wot a top bloke :good: :good:

cant wait to start moddin it... gonna be a right pocket rocket :yahoo:

It was more like a 180 tow. I know I had to stare at the back of an Astra for many an hour  :suicide:

well fella's i finally got the car home and had a good look round and the shell is SOLID :lol: :lol: im thrilled it was so clean, just wot i was after now i just need to start the engine swap heres a couple of pic at my garage :good:

yeah its got a solid shell, should have the seh lump in it at the eand of september so ill be starting a wip

Well i cleaned my car and thought id take a few pics and show you just how solid the shell is :good:

drivers wheel (wheel with the most curbing :'()


and the engine bay, the OMP strut brace need a rub down and respray

Well just a little update..


weather not been too good so not been able to do much, although i did manage to put my gas struts on the bonnet and finally got my steering wheel on. (after spending almost 10 mins fighting with it.....in the end i won :yahoo:) :yahoo:

Also while down at the local breakers i came across this beast :blink: :blink:



I spoke to the owner for a good half hour and found out it was TOTALLY road legal.... and he also spends around £800 a year buying new rubbers for the tracks (so he does'nt ruin the public roads), mind you it will probably make the roads better :lol: :lol:
